Hi, I’m Caroline Dowd-Higgins. I’m an executive coach, speaker, and author, and I work with high performers who look successful on paper but feel stuck, stretched, or quietly exhausted in real life.

I learned the hard way that over-achievement can become a trap. I was an executive in a large organization, working nonstop, chasing growth, and collecting wins that looked impressive from the outside.
